Wow! What an incredibly detailed picture! I love all the different and elaborate features of the monsters, their scales, feathers, claws, and beaks make them all identifiable as individuals even as their coloring unifies them, making it seem almost like the central figure is passing through a landscape of monsters. I also like how the monsters' eyes seem to have a golden glow to them, making them seem even more threatening and unearthly.

The central figure is nicely defined. The contrasts of her peachy pale skin and her cool dark hair and dress make her stand out in comparison to the monsters, as do her mysterious dark eyes against their shining eyes. I like the hand that is holding the dress and the folds that come from it, it's nicely realistic. However, her arm that holds the torch seems a bit strange to me, her elbow looks too high and the entire arm at a bit awkward angle. Also, the hand that holds the torch looks rather bony and old in comparison to her very young face.

For the most part, the composition is nice, however, it seems to have two focal points- my eye does not know if it wants to rest on her face or the torch. I would suggest that you might either darken the face slightly or soften the edges of the torchlight. But that's only a suggestion.

Overall, this picture has amazing details, unusual monsters, strange beauty, and everything else I love about your work. Keep creating!
