Your color choice here is really superb- no single character really stands out more than the other (except maybe Gandalf but he's so tall anyway) so you have a lot of things to look at and enjoy besides just a main subject.
I really like how the fire and the smoke are one shape and you just altered the colors to show the difference- that's a REALLY great technique that I might have to borrow!
