The faded colours and lighting is what really makes this picture. The dominant tone is one of melancholy, and though it just might be me, it seems more wistful than it does sinister or disturbing (which is odd considering the skull she's drinking out of). The contrast between the woman and the background is striking, doubly so because of the ghost behind her, and so her presence makes a strong impact upon the piece. The expressions on the characters is probably my favorite part, their ambiguity is such that they could be thinking any number of things. This is an excellent piece, and probably the best I've seen from you so far.
