This probably sounds really weird, but its the texture of the paper that first caught my eye here, it just looks really nice. It's as if I could reach out and touch it.
The piece itself is beautiful, clean lines and vibrant colours presenting a beautiful scene. I would love to see this in animated form or in a book, just to see the leaves falling in motion. The white background in particular just provides a crisp contrast, and really makes this picture. There's not so much detail and colour that the viewer is overwhelmed, and the blank background just illuminates the colour here all the more, just like a real autumn day.
