I will be describing the whole comic, not only this part.

First things first, I love the vision, the idea behind the comic. I find it very interesting and original to make a fountain the main theme of a story! We usually come across them, taking their existence for granted, not thinking about what may be the story behind them. It's absolutely amazing to make something this original out of a such casual object!
The technique is truly marvelous; warm colors create a casual, yet beautiful, calm atmosphere. faQy's style is very characteristic, full of details, yet balanced. She also has a strong understanding of composition, which makes her illustrations so interesting.
Finally, the comic has got a great impact! The story is shown in a very clear way, with a wonderful variety in panel shapes and sizes, making a consistent, intriguing piece.
Lastly, I would like to highlight the beauty of the story itself! Well-paced and clearly shown, the story shines with a simple, yet quirky idea. I also love the plentiful possibilities of interpreting the comic; in a way, its a superhero comic, but it also shows that a simple person can either make others dreams come true, or help them along the way. Some of our dreams can be fulfilled only by ourselves.
Also, I feel the comic can inspire to be more kind to others, and to be a better person, and that just may be the most crucial part of it.
